Smoky Tomato Garlic Thokku:
For a rustic, smoky taste, roast tomatoes and unpeeled garlic directly on an open flame. Peel off the charred skin and mash everything well with your hands—don’t use a mixer. Mix in finely chopped raw onions and green chillies, and finish with a mustard seed tempering. The taste is just out of this world!
