Make Masala Shikanji like this
To make Masala Shikanji, first of all you have to prepare its masala. For this, take a pan and lightly fry cumin, coriander seeds, black pepper and cloves in it. Now let the spices cool down. After this grind them. Mix ginger powder, mint powder, black salt and plain salt in it. Your spicy shikanji masala is ready. To make Masala Shikanji, first take a glass and add powdered sugar in it. Add mint leaves along with it and crush it. After this add shikanji masala and add cold water. Now add lemon juice. Mix everything and serve with ice cubes.
The taste of litchi shikanji is also amazing
Mix litchi, ice cubes, cold water, lemon juice, shikanji masala and sugar in a blending jar and blend it. Now put soaked sabja seeds and lemon in a glass. Now add prepared litchi juice into it. Litchi Shikanji is ready.
Jamun Shikanji Recipe
To make Jamun Shikanji, grind the blackberries. Now mix lemon, mint leaves, shikanji masala and cold water in a glass. Add jamun paste on top. Blend all this once again. Serve in a glass with ice cubes. It tastes like mocktail.
