Chaitra Navratri 2026 auspicious time for establishment of Kalash

This year, there are two auspicious times for setting up the Kalash on Chaitra Navratri. The first auspicious time on March 19 will start at 06:52 am. This Muhurta will end at 07:43 in the morning. On this day, Kalash installation will also be possible in Abhijeet Muhurta in the afternoon. Kalash installation Abhijeet Muhurat will start at 12.05 pm. This auspicious time will last till 12:53 pm.

Keep these things in mind while installing Ghat

Before installing the Kalash, clean the place of worship. Clean the Kalash from inside. Do not use broken Kalash for worship at all. Once the Kalash is established, do not move it near Mata’s post throughout Navratri. Do not touch the Kalash even with impure hands. After establishing Ghat in the house, do not leave that place empty throughout Navratri. Before installing the Kalash, remove all evil things from the house.
