The Kerala Story 2 box office collection
Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond has managed to hold its ground despite the controversies surrounding its release. The film received a noticeable boost during the Holi holiday but witnessed a slight dip on Wednesday (Day 6).
According to trade portal Sacnilk, the film earned around Rs 3.5 crore on Wednesday. That figure marks a small decline of roughly Rs 50 lakh compared with its festive collections a day earlier. With this, the film’s six-day India net total now stands at approximately Rs 20.15 crore, while its gross domestic earnings have crossed Rs 23.9 crore.

Despite its steady performance, the sequel’s numbers remain well below those of the original 2023 hit The Kerala Story, which earned Rs 68.64 crore in its first six days and eventually finished with Rs 241.74 crore in India.
Thaai Kizhavi box office collection
While the Hindi market remains competitive, the Tamil rural comedy Thaai Kizhavi has quietly built strong momentum. Headlined by Radhikaa Sarathkumar and directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, the film has resonated with family audiences.
The film earned over Rs 2.75 crore on Monday, taking its total collection to around Rs 21.45 crore. Earlier, it opened with Rs 2.65 crore on Friday and saw impressive weekend growth with Rs 5 crore on Saturday and Rs 6.15 crore on Sunday. As per Sacnilk, the worldwide collection of Thaai Kizhavi is Rs 31.5 crore. Positive word of mouth and strong audience reactions have helped the film maintain solid occupancy across Tamil Nadu.

O’Romeo box office collection
On the other hand, Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri starrer O’Romeo continues to see modest returns. The film collected around Rs 90 lakh on Wednesday, matching its Tuesday figures. After 20 days in theatres, its total domestic collection has reached Rs 67.60 crore. According to Sacnilk, O’Romeo has minted Rs 104.6 crore worldwide.
Assi box office collection
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu’s film Assi is moving ahead at a slower pace. It earned roughly Rs 25 lakh on Wednesday, slightly lower than its previous day’s Rs 35 lakh collection. Since its release, the film has collected around Rs 9.33 crore in 13 days. In India, Assi has collected Rs 9.36 crore. The worldwide collection of the film stands at Rs 12 crore, as per Sacnilk.
