Delhi Airport to Launch India’s First Luxury Bus Service to Noida and Greater Noida

Delhi International Airport is about to roll out something new for travellers: India’s first luxury bus service linking the airport with Noida and Greater Noida at a price as low as Rs. 199.

A New Way to Reach the Airport

The service, operated by FlixBus, will start in the coming days. Tickets are priced at Rs 199, making it a budget-friendly upgrade compared to taxis or app-based cabs, especially for passengers carrying extra luggage.

Delhi Airport, which can handle over 100 million passengers annually, already leads the country in public transport connectivity. Roughly one in five passengers uses buses, metro, or other mass transit to reach the terminals. This new option is expected to bump that number up.

Route and Travel Time

The round-the-clock buses will connect key hubs across Noida and Greater Noida, including:

  • Noida Sector 16
  • Botanical Garden
  • Golf Course Road
  • Gaur City
  • Jaypee Wishtown
  • Pari Chowk

Depending on traffic, the ride should take between 130 and 180 minutes.

What Passengers Can Expect

The 24/7 service is not just about getting from point A to B. Each bus comes fitted with essentials that air travellers value:

  • Spacious seats with extra legroom and recline
  • USB charging ports at every seat
  • CCTV surveillance and trained onboard staff
  • Ample luggage storage
  • Live bus tracking for real-time reliability

This feels closer to an airport lounge on wheels than to the crowded, unpredictable buses most travellers try to avoid.

Booking Options

Tickets will be available online through the FlixBus app, the company website, and popular travel platforms such as Redbus, MakeMyTrip, and Paytm. For those who prefer to buy in person, counters will be set up at the arrival areas of Terminals 1 and 3, with boarding points across all terminals.

Why It Matters

For Delhi Airport, this move places it in the same league as leading international hubs like Heathrow, Charles de Gaulle, and Amsterdam Schiphol, all of which offer dedicated premium ground transport.

For passengers, it eases one of the most frustrating parts of air travel in India: the airport commute. The flat Rs 199 fare could particularly appeal to students, professionals, and families in Noida who face frequent journeys to the airport.
