US President Donald Trump has revealed that now Arab countries also want to join the US-Israeli military action against Iran. According to Trump, when Iran fired missiles on the soil of these countries, they changed their mind.
Washington: US President Donald Trump has made a big claim. He has said that now many Arab countries also want to actively participate in the military action of America and Israel against Iran. In an interview given to CNN, Trump told that initially these Arab countries were hesitant, but when Iran fired missiles on their soil, their attitude changed. According to Trump, after attacking Israeli and US military bases, Iran also targeted hotels and apartments in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE. This attack enraged the Arab world. Trump said, “We told them you don’t need to get into this. But now they want to fight. They are completely in the field.”
Trump warned that the current military action is moving faster than expected and that the biggest attack on Iran is yet to come. On Monday, America and six Arab countries (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE) also issued a joint statement. It has been said in this statement that this action of Iran is a blatant violation of the law and it will have dire consequences. The statement also accused Iran of disturbing the peace of the region by targeting civilians.
Earlier, Donald Trump had justified the joint attack by America and Israel against Iran. Trump reiterated that Iran’s development of nuclear weapons is a threat to the world. He said that Iran ignored all warnings, so military action will continue. Trump also said, “We have carried out this attack for the security of the world. Iran’s ballistic missiles are a threat to America. America can continue the war as long as it wants.” He claimed that 10 ships of the Iranian Navy have been destroyed.
Meanwhile, US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has also issued a statement on the Iran-Israel conflict. He told the media that President Donald Trump will decide how long the war will last. Hegseth refused to give any time frame for the war. He said, “The timing and scope of the attacks will keep increasing and decreasing. What type they will be, it cannot be said right now.” Hegseth also made it clear that in such matters only the President takes the final decision. He told that more American fighter planes will reach the Middle East in the coming days.
