Vaibhav Sooryavanshi- Arjun Tendulkar: Arjun Tendulkar is going to get married. But, amidst his wedding preparations, Arjun Tendulkar is also playing in the DY Patil T20 tournament. The big thing is that in this tournament, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is also playing for the same team for which Arjun is playing. Together, both are representing the DY Patil Blue Team. On March 2, DY Patil Blue Team faced Canara Bank, in which it suffered a crushing defeat. It reached such a limit that in this match, the number of runs that Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored in his entire innings was almost equal to the number of runs that Arjun Tendulkar gave away in a single over during his bowling.
20 minutes, 20 runs… this was Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s batting.
In the match against Canara Bank, DY Patil Blue team batted first. But his condition was so weak that it became difficult to play even 20 overs. DY Patil Blue team was all out after adding 136 runs in just 17.2 overs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi had opened for DY Patil Blue team. But Vaibhav could not score more than 20 runs in his innings of 20 minutes. He scored these runs facing 14 balls with a strike rate of 146 and with the help of 4 fours.
Vaibhav and Arjun… hits together, flops together
Arjun Tendulkar also failed in batting. Facing 8 balls, he could score only 5 runs. Whereas in the first match of DY Patil T20 tournament, both Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Arjun Tendulkar scored half-centuries against Indian Navy. Together, both of them had put 118 runs on the score board in 48 balls for the team. But against Canara Bank, both failed together with the bat.
Vaibhav scored almost as many runs as Arjun gave in 1 over.
Arjun Tendulkar’s condition was worse in bowling than in batting against Canara Bank. He could bowl only one over out of his quota of 4 overs. This was only because he was badly beaten in that one over. Arjun Tendulkar gave 19 runs in a single over. That is, Arjun Tendulkar conceded almost the same number of runs in one over as Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored against Canara Bank.
lost team
Chasing the target of 137 runs given by DY Patil Blue, Canara Bank registered victory in the 12th over itself. He scored 139 runs for 3 wickets in 11.2 overs. This is the first defeat for DY Patil Blue in two matches.
