The actor has officially kicked off his wedding celebrations ahead of his March 6 nuptials with fiancée Nayanika Reddy, beginning with the traditional Pelli Koduku ceremony in Hyderabad.

Sirish shared glimpses from the ceremony on his Instagram, offering fans a peek into the joyful family gathering. Dressed in traditional attire, the groom-to-be looked visibly emotional as turmeric paste was applied during the Pelli Koduku ritual.
For those who do not know, it is a pre-wedding custom in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana similar to the Haldi ceremony. The ritual symbolises purification and blessings before marriage.

In one of the stories, Sirish posed with his cousin sister Niharika Konidela, capturing a candid and affectionate moment. The celebrations appeared deeply personal, filled with laughter, rituals and close-knit family bonding. As one insider shared, it’s “finally kicking him that he is getting married!”

The ceremony also saw prominent members of the Allu-Konidela family in attendance. Producer Allu Aravind, superstar Allu Arjun with wife Sneha Reddy, and Ram Charan with Upasana Konidela marked their presence. Balachandra’s wife Vasundhara and other relatives joined in, turning the occasion into a warm family reunion.
Adding to the buzz were Vijay and Rashmika, fondly called “Virosh” by fans. Fresh from their dreamy February 26 wedding in Udaipur, the couple attended Sirish’s ceremony to bless him for his new journey.

Earlier, on February 26, Sirish had announced via social media that his wedding would be an intimate affair attended by family and close friends. However, he also confirmed that a larger pre-wedding celebration for members of the Telugu film industry will take place on March 2 at the prestigious Allu Studios.
The festivities had already begun weeks ago with a glamorous Dubai yacht party, followed by traditional rituals at home in Hyderabad. The Pasupu ceremony officially marked the start of the wedding proceedings at his residence.
Meanwhile, Rashmika and Vijay are preparing for their own Hyderabad reception on March 4.
