- Compensation will be given after survey of broken houses and flowing houses.
- Fungting machines will be installed in 1770 villages and 300 cities.
- All schools and colleges and government buildings damaged in the floods will be repaired.
- The government will compensate for the damage to people associated with animal and fisheries in the floods.
