It is being told that there was a sudden explosion in the firecracker factory and within no time the fire engulfed the entire factory. As soon as the news was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and after much effort brought the fire under control. Most of those who died are said to be factory workers.

After the blast the entire area was filled with thick smoke.
