Add chopped onion, bread crumbs, garlic powder, chopped coriander, a little lemon juice, salt, chaat masala to it. Now mix everything by hand. Grease your hands with a little oil and make balls. Fry it in an air fryer at 200 centigrade for 10 to 12 minutes.

Make Paneer Tikka

Cut the paneer into cubes and also cut the tomato, onion and capsicum into medium sized pieces. You only need 2 spoons of mustard oil. You have to add Kashmiri red chilli in it and mix it. Now you have to add hung curd, 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste, salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala in it. After this, add 1 teaspoon gram flour, green coriander and mix everything well. Now add onion, capsicum, tomato and chopped cheese pieces in it. Now arrange the pieces of cheese and vegetables on toothpicks. This also has to be air fried at 200 centigrade for 12 minutes. Chicken Popcorn Recipe

To make this, you will need boneless chicken, which should be marinated with some salt, Kashmiri chilli and lemon juice. Keep it for 10 minutes. Take 1 cup any flour. Add Kashmiri red chilli, garlic powder, onion powder, a little sugar and salt as per taste. You have to take ice cold water. Coat the chicken in the prepared spiced flour. Separate it from the flour and put it in cold water and take it out immediately. After this again you have to coat it in flour and again put it in water and take it out. Now you have to coat it in bread crumbs. Now you have to air fry it for 15 minutes at 160 degree temperature. Your chicken popcorn is ready.

Masala Chana for Tea Time

You need one and a half cups of boiled chickpeas. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red Kashmiri chilli, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, a pinch of turmeric and half teaspoon white salt and mix well. Spread a butter paper in the air fryer basket and then put all the gram in it. You have to air fry all the gram at 200 degree centigrade. Just check the gram once in the middle and shake it a little.

Make Oats Cutlets

In a big bowl, you have to take rolled oats, half cup chopped and boiled carrots, half cup chopped beans, half cup peas, half cup mashed potatoes, crumble about 100 grams of cheese and add it. Add red chilli, black pepper powder, some garam masala, salt as per taste and mix well with hands. Now make cutlets out of it and then grease it lightly with oil. Then these cutlets have to be air fried at 200 degree centigrade for 10 to 12 minutes.
