Delhi weather forecast: As days get warmer, temperature to rise to 34 degrees C on Holi

New Delhi: The national capital is expected to witness mainly clear skies today (February 27), with a possibility of partial cloud cover developing later in the afternoon, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The forecast suggests a warm day ahead, with maximum temperatures likely to remain between 30 degrees C and 32 degrees C, while the minimum temperature may settle between 14 degrees C and 16 degrees C.

Light winds will prevail through the day. Between 5.30 am and 11.30 am, westerly winds at speeds of 5–10 kmph are expected. During the afternoon hours (11.30 am to 5.30 pm), wind direction is likely to shift to northwesterly at 10–15 kmph. By evening, southwesterly winds at around 0–5 kmph may take over. Shallow mist is also likely during the morning hours.
