CM Mohan Yadav gave information about Madhya Pradesh’s industry-friendly policies, 18 new industrial policies and concessions on big investments during the investment session in Bhilwara. The state was described as an ideal center for investment with energy self-sufficiency, land bank and better infrastructure.
Bhilwara. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the “Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh” organized in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. During this, he gave detailed information about investment possibilities, industry-friendly policies and simple industrial processes available in Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister invited investors to set up industries in the state and increase partnerships.
Madhya Pradesh: Emerging and rapidly developing industrial state of the country.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that today Madhya Pradesh is among the fastest developing states of the country. Investing here is beneficial from every point of view. Being located in the center of the country, Madhya Pradesh has become a strategically important center for trade, industry establishment and exports. Natural resources, industry-friendly policies, strong infrastructure and transparent governance create a better environment for investors. The Chief Minister welcomed the investors from Rajasthan, calling Madhya Pradesh a “unique center of infinite possibilities”. He said that there has been a centuries-old cultural and trade relationship between the two states. Madhya Pradesh wants to further strengthen long-term industrial partnership with the rich textile industry tradition of Bhilwara.
Madhya Pradesh-Rajasthan industrial partnership and historical relations
The Chief Minister said that the relationship between Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan has been like brotherhood. The trade compatibility between the two states has been there for a long time. He recalled the historic industrial collaboration by mentioning the establishment of Grasim Industries Limited at Nagda in Ujjain district by Padma Vibhushan Late Ghanshyam Das Birla. He said that the Madhya Pradesh government has made water availability easier by entering into an agreement with the Rajasthan government on the years-pending Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal (PKC) project. This will benefit the citizens of both the states. The Chief Minister said that there are new possibilities in textile trade and business with Europe, which both the states can jointly take advantage of.
Special concessions on large investment proposals and 18 new industrial policies
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that he himself has taken the responsibility of the Industries Department so that there is no hindrance in the process of industrialization. The state government has simplified industrial policies, which has accelerated investment and industry setup. The government is giving special concessions on big investment proposals. Policy based benefits are being provided to all small and big investors. 18 new industry-friendly policies have been implemented in the state. Madhya Pradesh’s extensive land bank, ample water resources, skilled human resources, better logistics connectivity and transparent administration provide an ideal environment for investment.
Madhya Pradesh leading in energy self-reliance and green energy
The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh has become self-reliant in the field of energy. Rapid progress is being made in the production of new and renewable energy i.e. green energy in the state. He said that India is becoming a reliable development partner at the global level and Madhya Pradesh is making an important contribution to this national progress.
