Team has etched its name among the winners in the Edgbaston Test against England at their home ground. All the questions were answered and the cricket team exactly showed why they are the best in game.

For the record, this is India’s first win after 56 years. Well, someone has to break the record and that is what exactly Captain Gill did. During a press conference before the match a British journalist pointed out India’s barren history in Edgbaston. And, how the team hasn’t managed to win even a single game.

After etching its name as winners in the field. When captain Shubhman gill arrived in the press conference. His eyes were keen to find the same journalist. When he didn’t find him, he said, “I can’t see my favourite journalist. Where is he? I wanted to see him.”

He further added in the statement, “I even said before the test match that I don’t really believe in history and stats. Over the last 56 years or so we’ve played nine matches- different teams have come here. I believe we are the best team to have come here in England, and we have the capability to beat them, to win series from here. If we keep making the right decisions and keep fighting. I think it would be one series to remember.”

The Indian Captain praised team’s pace duo, Akash deep and Mohammed Siraj. And highlighted how they already began practising for the test from Indian Premier League (IPL) time.
