- Black pepper is a vining plant, which needs support. It is grown more easily from seeds and more from cuttings.
- Take a pot 8-10 inches deep.
- Mix 40% garden soil, 30% coco peat and 30% cow dung manure in the soil.
- Plant the cutting in soil and water it lightly.
- Place some wood or stick nearby so that the vine can climb.

- Black pepper does not like direct bright sunlight but mild, filtered sunlight.
