In Narmadapuram, BJP councilor Vandana Chutile grabbed her family’s land by installing illegal telecom towers. The victim’s family has been struggling for justice for years due to wrong answers to RTI and disappearance of records by Naib Tehsildar. Read the entire case and the family’s story.
BJP Leader Illegal Land Grab: The path to justice is now becoming a puzzle for an engineer family. Now this victim’s family is unable to understand where to go if they go for justice? Because the very people who provide him justice are deeply immersed in corruption. The matter is related to Madhya Pradesh. The biggest surprise in this is that in a state where the head is a Yadav, a Yadav family is struggling from door to door for justice and the women councilors associated with the power are occupying their ancestral land. The most shocking aspect is that of the Tehsil and Collectorate administration, which is so bent upon telling lies even in written form that the victim’s family has to work hard to prove the truth. Know how an ordinary family is fighting against corruption and political pressure.
What is the incident and when?
According to the victim Dulare Yadav, Narmadapuram BJP councilor Vandana Chutile illegally encroached on her land and got a telecom tower installed. Regarding whose complaint, the victim Dulare Yadav has appealed to the Municipality, Tehsil, Collectorate, Jansunbai, SDM and CM-Helpline for the last one year. Despite having a copy of the registry, Khasra and all the documents, he is not able to get the telecom tower removed. For the last one year, only case after case has been imposed.
Nazul and name change: Is the constitutional right also now hidden behind muscles?
According to the aggrieved party, this land was in the name of his father Nand Kishore Yadav, who has passed away. Now his descendants wanted to complete the legal process and get the name changed, but political pressure and negligence of government officials have put a wall in their way. Nazul office arranged the hearing for 8 months and immediately canceled the application, without any information. Do our constitutional rights also remain buried on the desk of officials? Tehsil and Collectorate did not take any action despite RTI and complaints, while Naib Tehsildar made the records disappear.
Is this the reason why common people get jobs in cities after getting educated?
The aggrieved party says that they have studied and worked hard all their life, and even now their rights are being snatched away. On the other hand, the “fifth failed leader” erected the tower without any legal hindrance. Is this the security of the common citizen in our country?
Tehsil and recorded tampering: Are officials also under pressure?
The case was pending in Tehsil Narmadapuram since March 3, 2025. Naib Tehsildar Hanskumar Onkar quashed the case on 5 December 2025 and removed several appearance records from the order sheet. Whereas the aggrieved party has copies of the notices dated 12th August, 26th August, 19th and 28th November. Was it mere negligence or were the records hidden under political pressure?
RTI and public hearing: Do complaints have no value?
The aggrieved party filed an RTI on 17 April 2025, gave a written complaint to the municipality and the collectorate, and lodged a complaint four times on the CM helpline. Despite this, neither the tower was removed nor any concrete action was taken. On May 6, the Collectorate wrote that “there is no mobile tower”, even though the tower was clearly visible. Is this the truth of democracy that a common citizen has to wait for months to get justice?
Police and law: Is the justice system too helpless?
When the tower construction started, the police refused to register an FIR and said “it is a revenue matter.” The aggrieved party has all the registry, Khasra and documents. Still no action was taken. Is this our security and power of law?
Are the hard work and rights of the common man safe?
Illegal occupation of ancestral land purchased in 1976 and government negligence have left an ordinary family struggling throughout the year. Political pressure and collusion with corrupt officials have raised questions – are the rights of the common man safe in India, or is mere education not enough to get justice?
