Leg raise- In this exercise, both the legs are slowly raised while lying on the back. This puts stress on the abdominal muscles. This exercise helps in strengthening the stomach and reducing fat. Doing it daily tones the lower part of the stomach.

Plank Jump-Ins- In this, first the plank position is made and then the legs are bounced and brought back and forth. This is an exercise that increases the strength of the entire body. This strengthens the stomach, arms, legs and shoulders and also increases the agility of the body.

Russian Twisters- In this exercise, the body is rotated left and right while sitting. This makes the waist thinner and the muscles on the side of the stomach become stronger. It is considered very effective in reducing belly fat.

Kettlebell Overhead Press-In this, the weighted kettlebell is raised above the shoulders towards the head. This increases the strength of shoulders, arms and hands. This exercise helps in strengthening the upper part of the body.

Reverse Nordic Curl- In this exercise, the body is tilted backwards while sitting on the knees. This strengthens the muscles of thighs and knees. It is helpful in increasing leg strength and improving balance.

Reverse Crunch- In this, one lies on the back and bends the knees and brings them towards the stomach. It works on the lower part of the stomach. This tightens the stomach and helps in reducing lower belly fat.

Deep breathing- The process of taking deep breaths after workout is called deep breathing. This normalizes the heartbeat and gives relief to the body. It helps in calming the mind and removing fatigue.
