Dry Sprinkle Method: In the morning, sprinkle dry ash in a thin layer on the soil of the pot. Make circles especially around the stem. By evening you will notice that the slugs and ants start disappearing.
Leaf Dusting Trick: If there are small insects on the leaves, sprinkle dry ash on the leaves gently using a cloth or sieve. ⚠ Take care: Do not apply too thick a layer.
Ash solution (mild spray): Mix 2-3 spoons of ash in a bucket of water and leave it for 24 hours. Filter clean water from above and spray. It works as a mild pesticide and micro-nutrient spray.
