How to make tan removal soap (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
First of all take a clean bowl. Add 2 spoons of gram flour, ½ spoon of turmeric and raw milk as per requirement. Keep in mind that add milk little by little so that the mixture is not too thin.
Step 2: Make smooth paste
Now mix all three things well. There should be no lumps in the mixture and it should become a thick paste like soap. This paste will be the base of your tan removal soap.
Step 3: Place in a mold or bowl
Now put this paste in a small mold, lid or bowl. Pat lightly from above so that the paste spreads evenly. Leave it to dry for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Step 4: Remove Soap
When the mixture dries well and becomes hard, take it out gently from the mold. Your natural tan removal soap is ready.
Step 5: How to use
While bathing or cleaning the face, lightly wet this soap and apply it on the skin in circular motion. Wash with plain water after 12 minutes. Use daily or alternate days for better results.
Step 6: Storage Tip
After use, keep the soap in a dry place, so that it does not spoil quickly. If you want, you can use it within 7-10 days and then make new soap.

Keep these things in mind before going out in the sun
If you want to protect yourself from tanning then it is very important to apply sunscreen. Experts also recommend applying sunscreen before going out in the sun. Apply it thoroughly on your face, neck, hands and feet. Apart from this, wear only cap, scarf or full sleeve clothes before going out in the sun. The skin remains covered with this. Doing natural scrub 1-2 times a week is also an important step. This removes dead skin and cleanses the skin. Most importantly, drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day. It keeps the skin hydrated and prevents it from getting damaged.
