  • In fact, you should eat food only when you feel hungry. If you have PCOD, then also keep in mind the right amount of nutrition in your food.
  • Smoothies, cold water from the fridge, cold milk, cold coffee or drinks straight from the fridge can be harmful for you. Eating cold food slows down the metabolism and due to this, blood flow does not reach the pelvic area properly. Due to this, period pain and cysts may increase.
