Bulandshahr: A surprising case has come to light from Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. Here the wedding procession brutally attacked an Indian Air Force (IAF) soldier and his father. The incident occurred on February 19 near Amargarh village on the Amargarh-Jahangirabad road. According to the complaint lodged with the police, Jitendra Singh is a teacher in a government school. He was returning home from a family engagement ceremony with his son Pratham. The first is a soldier in the Indian Air Force.
In the complaint, Jitendra Singh said, “I, Jitendra Singh, son of late Raj Singh, am a resident of village Khandoi, police station Narsena, district Bulandshahr. On 19.02.2026, I was returning from my cousin’s engagement to my home in New Pushta Bazaar of Jahangirabad from my village Khandoi. My son Pratham was also with me. At around 5 pm, in front of his car, the procession of Akash Sharma, a resident of Amargarh, was seen. The DJ was playing and they were dancing in the middle of the road with liquor bottles. When we protested and abused them, Dharmendra, Sachin and Vivek attacked us with the intention of killing us. Attacked with sticks.
The complainant alleges that both father and son suffered serious injuries in this attack. During the fight, Jitendra Singh became unconscious on the road itself.

He told, “During the attack, mine and my son’s watch and gold chain broke and fell somewhere. Hearing the noise, the people gathered around the spot, seeing whom the accused ran away threatening to kill me. He is a teacher in a government school and his son serves the country in the Indian Air Force. After this incident, there is a lot of anger among the local people and strict action is being demanded against the accused. On the basis of the complaint lodged, the police is investigating the matter.
