IND vs SA T20: The clash between India and South Africa continues in the Super-8 stage of the T20 World Cup. In this match being held at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first. The team scored 187 runs in the first innings.
However, the Proteas team did not have a good start. South Africa’s batsmen faltered in the beginning in front of the brilliant bowling of Jasprit Bumrah. Opener and captain Aiden Markram returned to the pavilion after scoring just 4 runs, while wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock scored 6 runs.
Ryan Rickelton, who came in the middle order, also could not do anything special and was out after scoring 7 runs. But after this Dewald Brewis and David Miller handled the team’s innings in difficult times. Brewis played an important inning of 45 runs, while Miller scored 63 runs. In the end, Marco Janson scored 2 runs and Corbin Bosch contributed to the scoreboard by scoring 5 runs.
