UP ITI Appointments 2025: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1510 selected instructors. In 286 Government ITIs, skill training in 1.84 lakh seats, 60 new ITIs, and 14 lakh youth got benefits from the skill development mission.
In Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government is continuously working in mission mode to connect youth with employment and skill development. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1510 selected ITI instructors at the auditorium at Lok Bhavan. State MPs and MLAs also attended the grand program, where important steps were taken to realize the dreams of the youth.
Skill training in 1.84 lakh seats in 286 Government ITIs
There are 92 businesses in 286 state industrial training institutes in the state, of which 1,84,280 seats are available. Of these, 6577 regular and 1191 outsourcing a total of 7768 instructors are appointed. The result of the remaining 341 posts will be declared soon.

Upgradation of 150 ITIs from more than 60 new ITIs and 5000 crores project
More than 60 new ITIs have been established in the state in the last eight years. 150 ITIs were upgraded in the first phase in collaboration with Tata Technologies and 18 world -class companies, with 9 new trade and 23 short term courses. About 5000 crore rupees have been spent on this project.
Training in future techniques and benefited from 14 lakh youth skill development mission
In ITI, youth are being trained in semiconductor technology, electric vehicle, laser cutting, CNC, 3D printing and digital communication. Under the Skill Development Mission, more than 1.4 million youths were trained in the last eight years, of which 5.65 lakhs were linked to employment and service.
Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana and Project Praveen
Under the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, 1.20 lakh artisans were given training and interest -free loans. Under Project Praveen, 20 thousand students were awarded national level certificates in secondary schools, which gave school students an opportunity for skill training.
Employment opportunity from rural youth and employment fairs
Under Deendayal Upadhyay Rural Kaushalya Yojana, 1.80 lakh rural youth were trained, of which 1.30 lakhs were saved. Through employment fairs, more than 4.13 lakh youths got job opportunities in 2537 companies.
