Keep these things in mind during Sehri

What is right to eat? During Sahir, eat things which are rich in water like juicy fruits, vegetable salads. Healthy drinks like buttermilk, lemon water, coconut water. Apart from this, it is best to consume it by boiling 3-4 dates in milk. This will not only give you instant energy, but you will also remain energetic throughout the day and feel less thirsty. Keep in mind to eat light food which is easily digested.
Do these things increase thirst? During Sehri, eat less salty food as it makes you more thirsty during the day. Similarly, during Sehri, you should also avoid fried and spicy things. These things can also cause dehydration in the body and also lead to indigestion.

avoid talking too much
During Roza, keep interacting with people so that time passes easily and you do not face much difficulty, but keep in mind that you should avoid talking too much or shouting, because it wastes energy and also dries the throat.
hard work or running around
If there is a need to do any heavy work during Roza, you can avoid it. Try to do that work after Iftar or finish it at Sehri time. One should especially avoid running around in extreme sunlight. This reduces your energy and can also lead to dehydration.
Do exercise in the evening
If you exercise, keep in mind that you should not do too heavy workouts during fasting. Instead of morning, shift your workout time to evening for a month, you can workout after 2 to 2.5 hours of Iftar.
