In the viral video, it is clearly visible that about 7 feet long snake is sitting on top of the AC unit. The people present around got scared after seeing him. The snake seen in the video is called Indian Rat Snake. Indian rat snake is not poisonous. It is often seen in urban and semi-urban areas of cities like Mumbai. However, due to its large size, people get scared after seeing it.
After seeing the snake, an organization named ‘Asha’ was informed. The rescue team reached the spot and caught the snake safely. It is a matter of relief that neither any passenger nor the snake was harmed during this period. As per the guidelines of the Forest Department, the snake was later released in its natural place.
