It has been reported that this incident happened on February 18 at the old Faridabad red signal on the way from Delhi to Faridabad. CCTV footage shows a black Scorpio SUV stopped at a red light in broad daylight amid traffic. A man is standing next to the car and is urinating openly on the middle of the road. At that time school children and other people were also passing on the road. On the basis of the number plate of the vehicle, it has been found that the SUV is registered in Faridabad.
