However, as the winter season passes, fenugreek leaves start disappearing from the market. People often buy a lot of fenugreek from the market, but due to not storing it properly, fenugreek leaves rot quickly and they start smelling. How to store fenugreek leaves

Like green peas, you can also store fenugreek for a long period. Then, slowly take it out of the fridge and eat it. Know the right way to store fenugreek leaves-

step 1

  • Remove the stalks from fenugreek leaves. Separate the clean leaves. Cut off any yellow or damaged leaves.
  • Fill a large vessel with water and wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  • Spread the washed leaves on a dry cloth or paper to dry.
  • Dry fenugreek can be stored for a long time. Store dried fenugreek leaves in an airtight jar. This dry fenugreek can be used in vegetables, pulses and other dishes for a year.

Step-2

  • Clean and wash fenugreek leaves. Boil them lightly. Drain off excess water thoroughly. Let them dry.
  • Now pack them in small packets and store them in the freezer. They can be used in vegetables, parathas or dal.

  • Wash and clean fenugreek leaves.

Step-4

  • Dry fenugreek leaves in air fryer at 110°C for 15 minutes.
  • Keep stirring the leaves occasionally so that they dry from all sides.
  • Once the leaves have dried, they can be stored in an airtight container.
