Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav presented the outline of AI ecosystem, data center, startup support and AI use in health sector in Madhya Pradesh at the India AI Impact Summit 2026. Partnerships and three big MoUs with global companies were agreed upon.
Delhi. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the concluding session of India AI Impact Summit-2026 organized at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on Friday. During the National Media Dialogue at Bhopal Media Centre, he spoke in detail on the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its uses.
He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has called for working fearlessly in the national interest regarding the use of AI. Facing all the challenges, the state government is moving forward at a fast pace for the prosperity of the state. He said that the country is progressing rapidly under the leadership of the Prime Minister and Madhya Pradesh is also playing an important role in it. The Chief Minister said that with the help of AI in the medical field, a target has been set to identify diseases on time, provide proper treatment and provide better health services to remote areas.
MP AI Mission: Preparation of AI eco system in Madhya Pradesh
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a strong and complete eco system of AI will be created in Madhya Pradesh. It will have five main pillars:
- Computer Infrastructure: Shared GPU and modern data center setup.
- Talent Development: AI studies, industry certification and skill development in colleges.
- Startup Support: Funding, mentorship and incubation facilities.
- Industry Use: Incentivizing AI adoption across industries.
- Research and Innovation: Industry related research centers and promotion of innovation.
He clarified that the state will not only use AI but also create the capacity to develop AI.
AI Data Center in Madhya Pradesh: Benefits of investment and land bank
The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is located in the center of the country and adequate land bank is available here. Keeping this in mind, a plan is being made to establish an AI based large data center. Big investors and companies have been invited for this.
Global Tech Companies Meet: One-to-one communication with global companies
During the summit, the Chief Minister met representatives of many leading global tech companies.
- Calista Redmond, Vice President, NVIDIA, discussed public-private partnerships, providing GPUs to startups at subsidized rates, and sovereign AI.
- A conversation with Breno Melo of Genspark AI on technical solutions and starting pilot programs in the state.
- Discussed the full-stack sovereign AI model and developer ecosystem with Dr. Pratyush Kumar, Co-Founder, Sarvam AI.
- Shruti Verma of K-Gen AI discussed AI capacity building in universities, game development and setting up a studio in Indore.
- Gaming startups, AI skilling, training and event organizing were discussed with Kunal Soni, Director, Google Play.
- A conversation with Dev Tyagi, President, Submer Technologies, on energy-efficient data centers and immersion cooling technology.
- Kapil Jain of Inviscid AI discusses digital twin, energy management and data center upgrades.
MoU for AI Infrastructure: Three strategic agreements
In the presence of the Chief Minister, three important MoUs were signed through Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation.
- Agree on AI infrastructure and governance solution with Genspark AI.
- Deploying digital twin technology with Inviscid AI.
- Development of sovereign AI infrastructure and AI-enabled services with Sarvam AI.
Apart from this, a letter of intent was issued to Sabmar Technologies to develop energy-efficient and AI-ready data centers.
Google Pavilion Visit: Focus on tourism and AR-VR technology
The Chief Minister also visited the Google Pavilion. Here the possibilities of promoting tourism in Madhya Pradesh through AI, AR and VR technologies were discussed.

The Chief Minister visited the Madhya Pradesh Pavilion and saw the state-of-the-art AI solutions developed by various institutions and startups.
