Home Astrology: Vastu Shastra is an ancient science. In this, all the rules from building the house to living in it are explained. It is believed that happiness always resides in a house built according to Vaastu. If the rules mentioned in Vastu Shastra are ignored while building a house, then life can be surrounded by problems. There may be financial crisis. According to Vastu Shastra, auspicious time etc. are considered while constructing a house.
It is believed in astrology and Vastu Shastra that just as every thing has a beginning and end, similarly a house also has a fixed lifespan. While starting the construction of a house, the condition of Vasta and the eight Ayas (Dhwajay, Dhumray, Kakay, Sinhay, Vrishabhay, Gajay and Kharay) are studied in depth. Let us know whether the transit of planets should also be considered while building a house? What advice do astrologers give in this regard?
While constructing a house, one should keep in mind the transit of planets.
According to astrologers, even today, houses built 200, 400 or 500 years ago being in good condition shows that the builders had taken care of the rules of Vaastu as well as the transit of planets. According to astrologers, the position of some planets is considered to know the age of the house. If Mercury is in the ascendant in someone’s horoscope at the time of building a house, then the lifespan of his building can be 50 years.
The age of the house is determined by the transit of planets.
At the time of building a house, if Jupiter is in the fourth house from the ascendant and the Moon is in the eleventh house in someone’s horoscope, then the age of his house can be considered to be 80 years. According to the scriptures, at the time of building a house, if Jupiter is in the ascendant, Venus is in the fourth house and Sun is in the sixth house in someone’s horoscope, then the age of his house can be 120 years.
