London: Reacting on the arrest of is brother and former Prince, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor on Thursday, King Charles III called for a “full, fair and proper” investigation. Andrew was arrested following reports of his alleged links to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Issuing a written statement, the king said that he learnt of the development “with the deepest concern”. In his letter, the UK King pointed out that the matter must now be examined by the “appropriate authorities” with due process.

The letter added, “As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all.”
Earlier in the day, the UK Police arrested Andrew on suspicion of misconduct in public office following reports of his connections with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
