Anant Ambani will feed millions of devotees, donated Rs 27.5 crore to this temple of Gujarat

Anant Ambani, the younger son of the country’s veteran businessman Mukesh Ambani, has done a noble work. Apart from business, he has donated Rs 27.5 crore to the famous Ambaji temple of Gujarat in devotion and philanthropy. He has made this donation for a special scheme, under which lakhs of devotees coming to the temple will be provided free food.

Anant Ambani has donated Rs 27.5 crore to Ambaji Temple to support Jai Ambe Tithi Bhojan Yojana. This contribution will help in providing free food to thousands of devotees who visit the holy temple every day. Jai Ambe Tithi Bhojan Yojana has been started with the aim that no devotee coming to Ambaji should remain hungry. On the very first day, on 18th February, this scheme received a tremendous response from the people, in which the total contribution was more than Rs 30 crore. Anant Ambani has come forward as the main donor and his donation has been earmarked to cover the cost of the food service for the next five years.

Special features of the scheme

Under the scheme for which Anant Ambani has donated, all the devotees visiting the temple are fed free food twice a day. Whose expenditure has been fixed at Rs 1,51,000 every day. Among other big donors, a devotee from Ahmedabad contributed Rs 52 lakh to sponsor food for 35 special days, including all full moon days and the entire nine days of both Aso and Chaitri Navratri festivals.

During the launch event, the District Collector, on behalf of Ambaji Devasthan Trust, thanked Anant Ambani and Reliance Foundation for their generous support. All the big donors present at the function were formally honored by Ambaji Temple Trust. This initiative ensures that every devotee gets Maa’s Prasad in the form of a complete and nutritious meal free of cost, thereby enhancing the spiritual experience of devotees visiting the Ambaji temple.
