How is Poha prepared in a factory?
First of all, let’s talk about the process of making Poha. Talking about this, the paddy is filtered first. This process is done by machine. After this the paddy is washed and soaked in water for 2-3 hours. After taking out of water the paddy is dried for 18 hours. After this the paddy is put in the machine and roasted. For this, the old method is still used, in which a coal furnace is lit and the paddy is roasted with its heat.
Now comes the turn to put the paddy in the poha machine. In which when paddy is added, the paddy gets separated and the poha gets separated. There are 3 steps to roll the poha, in which the first step is for frying the poha, the second step is for breakfast and the third step is the thinnest which is used for making namkeen.
