Ganpati Visarjan 2025: Bappa devotees on Juhu beach, enthusiasts amidst the flood, high -tide and rain
Thousands of devotees have come to bid farewell to Bappa despite the challenges of high -tide and rain. For the first time, BMC has arranged artificial pool on Juhu Beach, while the police and administration have made strict security arrangements. Meanwhile, Deputy CM Eknath Shinde has also assured that the devotees will not have any kind of trouble and the immersion will be done with peace.
Devotees gather on Juhu Beach
Ganpati Bappa is being immersed with great enthusiasm and pomp on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi on Juhu Beach in Mumbai. Since morning, devotees have started gathering on the beach to bid farewell to Bappa. The whole atmosphere is filled with devotion and celebration.
New BMC system
This time BMC has made special arrangements. Artificial pools have been built on the beach on Juhu Beach, in which small sculptures up to 3 feet are being immersed. While 5 to 6 feet or larger idols are being immersed in the sea.
Hi -tide and rain became a challenge
The sea has high tide at this time and the current is also fast. There are problems in immersion of big idols. Apart from this, intermittent rain is also causing trouble for the devotees, but there has been no decrease in the enthusiasm of the devotees.
Tight security arrangements
About 3 to 4 thousand policemen and many NGO volunteers are deployed on Juhu Beach. The servants of Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Trust and Brahmakumari Trust are also handling security and system. The Mumbai Police has installed watch tower and search lights so that even after dusk, the entire 5 km long coast is monitored.
Assurance of Deputy CM Eknath Shinde
In Thane, Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde said – Ganapati immersion will take place with peace and orderly. Devotees will not have to face any kind of trouble. The police have made adequate security arrangements.
He further said that – we are not in credit politics. The Mahayuti government is working to provide justice to the Maratha and the OBC community. This government will continue to work continuously to help the development of the state and help the common people.
Immersion will last all night
The crowd of devotees on Juhu Chowpatty is continuously increasing. With the deepening of the night, the speed of immersion will also be faster. According to tradition, this series will continue all night. Despite the difficulties of rain and high -tide, the enthusiasm of the devotees is unwavering as before.
