Urban Company IPO
Gurugram -based urban company is entering the market this week with an IPO of ₹ 1,900 crore. The IPO date is 10-12 September. The price band is Rs 98-103 per share. The minimum lot of size is 145 shares. The issue structure has ₹ 472 crore fresh equity and ₹ 1,428 crore ofs. Its purpose is to meet technology and cloud development, office rent, marketing and general corporate needs. It is worth noting that initial investors like Excel India, Elevation Capital, Besmer India and Internet Fund V have cut their share.
Dev Accelerator IPO
Dev Accelerator working under the Devx brand is launching an IPO of ₹ 143.35 crore. The IPO date is 10-12 September. The price band is Rs 56-61 per share. The minimum lot of size is 235 shares. There is a completely fresh equity, no offs. Its purpose is fit-outs, security deposits, loans repayment and corporate expenses for the new center.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO
Shringar House of Mangalsutra is presenting an IPO of ₹ 400.95 crore. The IPO date is 10-12 September, the price band is ₹ 155- ₹ 165 per share and the lot size is 90 shares. There is a completely fresh issue. The Mumbai-based jewelery company is a specialist in Mangalasutra and Stone-Ambalized Jewelery since 2009.
