Pizza Base Ingredients
You need 300 grams of sweet potatoes and 1 cup of ground oats/oat flour, apart from this you need baking paper.

1 teaspoon olive oil, 4-5 garlic cloves, equal amount of ginger, 1 medium sized tomato and 1 red chilli, salt as per taste, 80 grams of low fat cheese.

For the topping of pizza, you need 1 teaspoon oil, a handful of sweet corn kernels, 100 to 120 grams of cheese, some peri peri masala (or any spice of your choice), celery and red chili flakes and about 30 grams of low fat mozzarella cheese.

- Pour just a little oil in a pan, add cheese, corn, a little salt and peri-peri masala. Toss everything well.
- Put half a spoon of oil in the pan, add garlic cloves, ginger pieces, tomatoes, salt, a dry red chilli and a little water, cover and cook.
- When the tomatoes melt, take them out and put them in a jar and also add cheese to it and add very little water and blend it so that it becomes a thick paste.
- Now boil the sweet potatoes and then cool them, peel them and mash them well. There should be no lumps at all in it.

- After mashing the sweet potatoes, you have to add oats flour to it and then knead it for the base.
- Make a base by spreading the prepared dough on baking paper with your hands. A layer of prepared sauce has to be applied on it.
- After applying the sauce layer, you also have to spread the tossed corn-cheese topping over it. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
- Now you have to add some spices like oregano and chili flakes or add mixed herbs of your choice.
- If you have an oven, bake the pizza at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Your pizza will be ready.
How to Bake Pizza Without Oven
If you don’t have an oven, heat a pan. Spread a thick layer of salt in it. Place a stand on it and place the pizza along with the baking paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
