Who is Dilawar Singh?
The name of the person mentioned in the e-mail is Dilawar Singh Babbar, also known as Jaisinghwala. Dilawar Singh, born on 18 August 1970 and became a constable in Punjab Police in 1995, was also involved in the suicide blast outside the Punjab Civil Secretariat in Chandigarh on 13 August 1995. Many people including the then CM Beant Singh lost their lives in this explosion. In 2012, he was given the status of National Martyr by Shri Akal Takht.
What is polonium and why is it dangerous?

The mail mentioned the name of Khalistan National Army and several people like Engineer Gurnakh Singh, Rukan Shahwala, Dr. Gurnirveer Singh and Khan Rajada.
