Swaroop Nagar became the most expensive area

The circle rate of Swaroop Nagar of Kanpur has now increased to Rs 80 thousand per sqm, while Hazratganj is 76 thousand and Gomti Nagar is 77 thousand rupees per sqm.

  • The highest increase in residential areas took place in Jajmau Emerold Gulistan (73.91%).
  • The biggest jump in commercial areas was made by Swaroop Nagar (57.89%).

Prices changed after two months of churning
