What to drink on an empty stomach?
Fenugreek and cumin water can be drunk on an empty stomach in the morning. By drinking it, metabolism gets improved, problems related to digestion go away and food gets digested easily. You don’t have to do anything for this. Just mix 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds and 1 teaspoon cumin in 1 glass of water. Leave it overnight and after waking up in the morning, filter it and drink it lukewarm.
