Indian Matchmaker Viral Video: The boy earning ₹1 crore was the choice of the girl earning ₹11 lakh. After continuous rejection, matchmaker Oendrila Kapoor took a big step. Know
1 Crore Salary Groom: Everyone has the right to have their own preferences and conditions for marriage, but when expectations go far beyond reality, it can be difficult to build a relationship. In a video going viral on social media, Indian matchmaker Oendrila Kapoor has mentioned a case in which, after repeated unsuccessful attempts, he decided to remove a woman’s profile from his matchmaking service. He says the problem was not about preferences, but about the growing gap between those expectations and reality.
General conditions were mentioned in the beginning
According to Oendrila Kapoor, he had received the profile of a 28-year-old woman. The woman belonged to the Brahmin community and her annual income was around Rs 11 lakh. Initially, the only thing the family said was that they wanted a boy who was educated, belonged to a good family and had a good job. On this basis, the matchmaking team sent proposals of many eligible young men according to the age, education and profile of the woman. But surprisingly, the family rejected almost every profile without taking it further.
When family asked for favorite profile, then real picture came out
After repeated rejections, the team asked families to share profiles of boys they liked. From here the whole picture started becoming clear. According to Kapoor, almost all the profiles sent by the family were of men whose annual income was more than Rs 1 crore. Not only this, all the boys were from Bengali Brahmin community. When asked about this, the woman said that she had not set any income limit, rather she found such profiles more attractive. Regarding caste, the woman’s mother said that the family wants the relationship to happen only in the Bengali Brahmin community.
Effort completed, but no relationship progressed
The matchmaker says that his team also contacted many high-income profiles as per the family’s preferences. However, none of the youths who were talked to showed interest in this relationship. In view of this situation, the matchmaking service finally decided not to take the woman’s profile forward. Kapoor says that in any relationship, not only the expectations but also the interest and equality of both the parties are equally important. Watch the viral video below-
