The wait ended on Maha Shivaratri. Directed by Abhishek Nama, the film stars Virat Karrna in a transformative role. Producers Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy back this massive canvas with world-class VFX, sets, and production values. Mahesh Babu released the teaser via his X post. Set in the mystic Himalayas, the teaser shows a secret buried for ages. One man’s greed threatens it, summoning a cosmic warrior. Partly inspired by the Afghan invader Abdali’s historical attack, it mixes mythology, history, and spiritual war. At its core: the sacred Nagabandham Temple, protected by celestial forces. As the promo declares, “Born from Brahma’s Creation… Guarded by Vishnu’s Dharma… Powered by Mahadev’s Fury…”—a line capturing divinity, destiny, and destruction colliding.
No dialogues, yet it spellbinds with visuals. Cinematographer Soundar Rajan S stuns with landscapes. Ashok Kumar’s production design immerses, Junaid Kumar’s score gives goosebumps, and RC Pranav’s editing sharpens the thrill. Music by Abhe and Junaid Kumar amps the epic feel.
