Cauliflower Masala
Ingredients: Cauliflower, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, oil and salt.
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden brown. Add ginger and garlic, then tomatoes and spices. Once the masala is cooked, add the cauliflower, cover and cook on low flame while stirring occasionally. Finally, add garam masala and coriander leaves. It tastes delicious with roti or rice, anything.
