He told that in this movie, he is seen more wide and muscular. He has worked hard to make the body solid.

What was Tiger Shroff’s diet plan?

– Fitness coach Nitesh Sharma said that to bring Tiger Shroff’s body into shape, workouts were done in the gym and some special exercises were also done. He performed martial arts, cardio exercises, gymnastics and dance.

– Nitesh Sharma said that Tiger’s diet was given the most attention with exercise. His body was to look heavy in the film, so his diet was specially included in carb.

The coach told that Tiger used to take 4000 to 4500 calories daily. They used to eat 600 grams of boiled rice 2 times a day. Also, they used to eat 300-300 grams of sweet potato 2 times a day for carb.

– He told that protein is very much needed to look muscular. So they used to eat 10 eggs, 400 grams of chicken and 200 grams of fish every day.

– The coach said about his breakfast that he used to eat oats, dry fruits and seeds. Muscles used to drink 6-7 liters of water by adding salt to avoid cramps.
