This Shiva temple was built overnight
The temple of Bhuteshwar Mahadev is built in the Amer hills in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. It is said that this temple is about 2 thousand years old. The biggest belief related to this temple is that ghosts had built this temple overnight. There is a dense forest around this temple. This is the reason why there is not much activity here, not only at night but also during the day.

A saint discovered this temple
Local people say that this temple of Lord Shiva remained hidden for a long time due to its location in the dense forest. Then a saint came here while roaming in the forest and started worshiping in this temple. Later common people also started coming here. One night, while doing penance in this temple, that saint became Brahmalin i.e. he died. Seeing this, people’s faith in this temple increased even more.
