Mondays of Sawan 2026 will be important not only because of the fast but also because of special religious coincidences. There will be a coincidence of Pradosh Vrat on the second Monday of Sawan falling on 10th August, in which the worship of Lord Shiva is considered to have special significance. The festival of Nag Panchami will be celebrated on the third Monday of Sawan on 17th August. For this reason, these two Mondays will be even more auspicious for the devotees. Apart from this, the month of Sawan will end with Rakshabandhan on 28th August, which will further increase the religious importance of this entire month.
