Imagine, a troubled woman goes to the police station with her complaint, hoping that the person in khaki uniform will get her justice, but what if the same protector turns out to be a predator?
‘Dirty game’ started in the name of investigation
This entire matter is of Ramnagar police station of Barabanki district. Inspector Akhilesh Yadav posted here was assigned the investigation of a family dispute of a woman. The case started in December 2024. In the beginning everything seemed fine, but gradually the inspector’s intentions started wavering. The victim alleges that in connection with the investigation and the case, the Inspector took her number and started calling her. At first the talks were related to the case, but then the Inspector started looking for excuses. He started calling unnecessarily and gradually started crossing his limits. The victim woman could not understand that the person whom she thought was the god of justice was actually in someone else’s company.
‘You are very smart, leave your husband’
When Inspector ji’s love blossomed, he put aside all public shame. The victim cried and told that the inspector used to say strange things to her on the phone. He would say, “You are very smart, why do you live with your husband? Leave him and come to me.” What could be more humiliating for a married woman? Not only this, Inspector Akhilesh Yadav also lured the woman. He said that if she agreed to his request, he would get her a job at a good place. When the woman flatly refused and said that she would stay with her husband, the real face of the ‘loving natured’ inspector came out.
Threat of uniform and attempt to drag in the car
When love and greed didn’t work, the inspector showed his true form. The victim said in her complaint that the inspector started torturing her mentally and physically. The limit was reached when the inspector tried to forcibly drag the woman into his car. He held the woman’s hand and performed obscene acts with her. The victim said in front of the media that for the sake of respect she cannot tell all the things openly, but the actions of the inspector have made her life miserable. He used to show off his uniform and thought that the woman would remain silent due to fear of khaki.
Threat to implicate husband in a false case
When the woman and her husband protested against these actions of the Inspector, Inspector Akhilesh Yadav started threatening them. He clearly said that if he did not listen to him, he would implicate her husband in a false case and send him to jail. The scared woman finally gathered courage and went straight to the SP office. He narrated his ordeal to SP Arpit Vijayvargiya and also lodged a complaint on the Chief Minister portal. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the SP has ordered immediate investigation. Now it remains to be seen when and what action is taken against this inspector who defames the name of ‘Friend Police’.
