Now the team has got some relief in this matter because Abhishek has been discharged from the hospital. However, the situation regarding his playing is still not clear.
On Thursday, February 12, Team India will play its second match of the group stage in this World Cup. In this match he will face Namibia. The Indian team played its first match against America (USA), in which it won. But in this match the left-handed opener Abhishek Sharma He fell ill, since then his health has troubled Team India. Due to this, he did not even attend the practice session of Team India before the second match and then he suddenly had to be admitted to the hospital. He is suffering from stomach infection.
Discharged from hospital but when will the decision be taken on playing?
Ever since the news of Abhishek’s hospitalization came out, Indian fans were worried about whether he would be able to play in the second match or not. Although no announcement has been made regarding this yet, a day before the match, a relief news has definitely come. Team India batsman Tilak Verma revealed in a press conference that he has come out of the hospital. Tilak said, “When we reached Delhi, he was taken to the hospital for examination. Today he has been discharged. Hopefully he will be fine for this match. We have one more day, so we will take a decision tomorrow.”

Samson will return!
In the match against USA, Abhishek started the innings but was out after playing just one ball. After this, he came out for fielding for some time but then suddenly due to stomach pain, he returned to the dressing room and did not return again.
