Bharatpur Court Decision: Bharatpur District Court of Rajasthan gave a big decision today on Wednesday, 11 February. 23 people have been convicted in a decade-old murder case. In which 12 have been sentenced to life imprisonment and 11 have been sentenced to 7 years each.
Bharatpur Additional District and Sessions Court has today given a big verdict in the 10 year old much talked about murder and assault case. The court has convicted 23 people. In which 12 have been sentenced to life imprisonment while 11 have been sentenced to 7 years each. The court has also declared the three people who have died in this case guilty.
This case is of 16 August 2015
Actually, this matter is of 16 August 2015. Where there was a dispute between two parties regarding elections in Pipla village of Chiksana police station area of Bharatpur district. Within no time this dispute between the two groups turned into a fight and bloody conflict. During the fight, Saudan Singh shot Rakesh, due to which he died on the spot. Many people also got injured.
Police had registered FIR against 54 people
Let us tell you that the next day of the incident i.e. on 16th August, the victim had lodged a report at Chiksana police station. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered an FIR against 54 people and started investigating the case and arrested all the people. In the case of assault, 15 people from the other party were also considered accused. Challan was presented against these accused in the court and they were presented in the court. But then three people died during the hearing. Now, in this decision which came after a hearing that lasted for almost a decade, 23 people have been found guilty.
