What happened in Rohini that night, when a man went missing?
The incident took place on a vacant land of Delhi Development Authority (DDA), where an open manhole was present without any warning. Birju Kumar Rai (32), resident of Samastipur, Bihar, was returning to the slum with his friend. On the way, he lost his balance and fell straight into the manhole. It was dark, no barricade, no warning.
