Moscow: Russia has strongly criticized the Donald Trump administration. Russia says that America is adopting pressure tactics to stop countries like India from buying fuel from Russia. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov alleged that Team Trump is pressurizing other countries through tariffs and sanctions to gain economic advantage.
He also said that an agreement was reached on the issue of Ukraine in the meeting between Putin and Trump in Alaska. But, despite Russia’s willingness to sign the agreement, the US imposed further sanctions. He also tried to stop countries that buy fuel from Russia.
Now a situation of direct conflict is being created by breaking maritime laws. By preventing partners like India from buying fuel from Russia at lower prices, the US is forcing them to buy its expensive LNG.
