Now slowly move your neck to the right, then to the front, then to the left and back. You have to do this 5-7 times clockwise and anti-clockwise. Office stress first affects the shoulders. In such a situation, to reduce it, you can do shoulder shrugs exercise. For this, raise both the shoulders together and hold for 2 seconds. Deep breathing exercise is considered very effective in removing mental fatigue. To do this, while sitting on a chair, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Hold your breath for 34 seconds. Then exhale slowly. You have to repeat this 57 times. It reduces stress, calms the mind and also helps in increasing focus.
